The
Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.C), New Delhi Conducts All India Entrance
Examination for admission to 15% seats in Dental Colleges run by Government Municipal and
local authorities except the states of Andhra Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. Eligibility: Indian
Nationals of 17 years of age on December 31 of the year of admission. Qualification: 12 years Senior Secondary Examination
with 50% (40% for Scheduled Castes/Tribes) aggregate marks in English, Physics, Chemistry
and Biology taken together or B.Sc. with any two subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology
(Botany & Zoology) with 50% marks and Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English passed
at Higher Secondary. Candidates who have appeared at the qualifying examination are also
eligible. Candidates Should be medically fit. Application

for Scheduled castes/Tribes) through bank-draft should reach the CBSE by registered post
by the notified date. Entrance Examination: The examination consists of
two papers one in Physics & Chemistry, and Botany & Zoology. The questions are of
objective type with negative marks for incorrect response. The medium of examination is
Hindi and English. The Centres of the examination are Agartala, Ahmedabad, Bangalore,
Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Bombay, Calcutta, Chandigarh, Delhi, Guwahati, Imphal, Itanagar,
